Beeya, though the owner of the facility, runs the facility in partnership with everyone who’s a part of BRF. She started riding when she was 6, and has been a riding instructor since 1980. She started BRF in 2001, to give horses a second lease in life and to teach excellence in riding, with a hope to nurture in people a love for horses so that more horses get looked after.

Salim Bhai has about 17 years of experience with horses, and has been instructing with BRF since ever!​ He also manages all the work that goes on behind scenes in a stable. He's an encouraging instructor, & a wonderful human being with a funny bone!

Mahinder

Mahinder Saab has worked with horses for 17 years in Bits Pilani, & has been a part of BRF since 2017. He assists in instruction during riding lessons.

Shobhali

Shobhali fell in love with horses when she was 6 & spent the whole day in the Army Horse Riding stables, while her mother was worried sick about her whereabouts! She's recently joined the BRF Team & manages the Beginner's Horse Riding Clinic & Pony Club.
